Notice how most of the foods are in the white and purple family colors. The darker the food, the better. Those foods offer a lot more than just great skin. Many of these foods, like blueberries, can assist with problems like memory loss. Note that most of these foods are often present in our kitchens. Another example is ginger, which also aids with memory retention.

  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Home Facials

Home facials are for all types of skin. If you suffer from acne, blemishes, wrinkles, age spots, sun damage, fine lines, dry skin or a host of other issues then consider trying one of the facials below to help aid in the healing of your skin.
Acne Acne Mask Dry Skin
Table mustard - dap on affected areas for 20 minutes and then wash off. Grated carrots, redskin potatoes, yogurt, sour cream and egg white Avocado and egg white*
* Each of these ingredients are all natural and help remove old skin cells, which renews cells by creating collagen and moisture to the skin.
  Any combination of the acne treatments above will improve the frequency and severity of acne breakouts and bacteria breakouts.
All other skin issues:
Combine crushed strawberries or papaya and regular uncooked oatmeal with a tablespoon of yogurt.
- OR -
sour cream, yogurt, egg whites, honey, table mustard and avocado.


Combine small amounts of each in a plastic or glass bowl. Never use a metal bowl for mixing.
Apply liberal amount of mask on entire face, neck and chest. Leave on for a minimum of 20 minutes, then rinse off and dab dry. Apply 45+ SPF to skin if going out into the sunlight.

Your skin will be free of harmful toxins, bacteria and dead skin, showing new and younger-looking skin.

Dark circles
To get rid of dark circles under the eyes apply fresh figs to dark areas. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, rinse off and then apply under-eye cream.

Note that not everyone has these problems on the face. Breakouts on the back, chest, arms and legs are also common. Each of the masks above can be applied to other any area of the body, wherever your concerns are.
